2. How long does a typical web design project take?

Most standard websites take between 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish. Complex e-commerce sites or large redesigns may take 10–12 weeks. We will provide a clear timeline during our initial consultation.

3. Do you offer graphic design services separately from web design?

Yes. You can hire us for standalone graphic design projects such as logo design, brand identity, marketing materials, social media graphics, or packaging — without needing a website project.

4. How does your SEO service work?

We start with a complete SEO audit and keyword research. Then we develop a custom strategy that includes on-page optimization, technical improvements, and high-quality content creation. We provide monthly reports so you can track progress.

5. Do you create content or do we need to provide it?

We can create all the content for you (blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, etc.). If you prefer to provide the content, we will optimize it for SEO and user experience.

6. What is included in your website maintenance plans?

Our maintenance plans include regular updates, security monitoring, backups, performance optimization, uptime monitoring, and technical support. We also handle content updates upon request.

7. How many revisions do you allow during a project?

We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase until you are completely satisfied. We work closely with you to make sure the final result meets (and exceeds) your expectations.

8. Do you work with clients outside your country?

Yes. We work with clients both locally and internationally. All communication and project management is done remotely using tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms.

9. What platforms do you use for web development?

We work with modern platforms including WordPress, Webflow, and custom-coded solutions (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.), depending on your needs and budget.

10. How do you handle pricing?

We offer custom quotes based on the scope of each project. After an initial consultation, we will present clear pricing options with no hidden fees. We also offer monthly maintenance packages.

11. What if I need changes after the website is launched?

That’s why we offer maintenance plans. For small changes, we can handle them quickly under your maintenance package. For larger updates, we can quote them separately.
